Terms of Service

Last updated 14 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Luaudit. We've tried to keep them short and plain. If anything is unclear, ask us before you sign up.

01

About these terms

Luaudit is run by Chopskie ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in the United Kingdom. These terms cover the website at luaudit.com, your account, and the Luaudit MCP server. By creating an account or using Luaudit, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

If you're using Luaudit for a studio or company, you're agreeing on its behalf, and confirming you're allowed to.

02

What Luaudit is

Luaudit is an MCP server. When you connect it to an AI that supports MCP, it gives your AI an audit guide, a set of security checks for Roblox games and a format for the report. That's all it sends.

Your AI reads your scripts, using your own AI provider. Luaudit only receives your game code if you connect the Luaudit Studio plugin, which passes it to your AI when your AI asks for it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. How good an audit is also depends on the AI model you use, which we don't control.

03

No guarantee

Luaudit helps you look for common vulnerabilities. It can't find every issue. AI models can miss things, misread code, or suggest fixes that need adjusting for your game.

A clean report doesn't mean your game is secure. Treat findings and suggested fixes as a starting point: review them, test them, and use your own judgement. You're responsible for the code you ship.

04

Acceptable use

Luaudit is built for defenders. Only audit games you own or are authorised to work on. Please don't:

  • use Luaudit to find or exploit vulnerabilities in other people's games
  • audit leaked, stolen or decompiled code that isn't yours
  • try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service
  • copy, scrape or resell the checks or access to them
  • use it in any way that breaks the law or Roblox's own terms
05

Your account and keys

You can sign in with your email or your Roblox account. You must be at least 13 to use Luaudit, and if you're under 18 you should ask a parent or guardian first.

Each account has one API key, and it's for you alone. It works like a password: don't share it, post it publicly, commit it to a repository or sell access. Anyone who wants to use Luaudit needs their own account. You're responsible for what's done with your key. If it leaks, make a new one on the dashboard, which switches the old one off.

To make shared keys unreliable, a key can be used from a limited number of networks each hour and can make a limited number of requests each minute. The current limits are in the docs. Requests over a limit are turned away until it resets.

We may revoke a key that shows signs of being widely shared or misused, and we'll tell you if we do.

06

Paid plans

We aren't taking payments yet, so there's nothing to pay. We plan to offer paid plans through Stripe. Before we charge anyone, we'll update these terms with the price, billing and cancellation details, tell you, and ask you to agree. You won't be moved onto a paid plan without choosing to.

07

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings, or by emailing [email protected]. Deleting it removes your account and revokes all your keys straight away.

We may suspend or close an account that's used against these terms, especially to target games the account holder doesn't own. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to sort it out. If we ever shut Luaudit down, we'll give you reasonable notice.

08

Your code and our content

Your game and your code are yours. We claim no rights over them. If you connect the Luaudit Studio plugin, we only hold your scripts as our Privacy Policy describes. Reports your AI produces with Luaudit are yours to use however you like.

The Luaudit checks, audit guide, report format and website belong to us. You're welcome to use them through the service, but please don't copy or republish them.

09

Limitation of liability

We work hard to make Luaudit accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not liable for:

  • exploits, lost revenue, lost data or other losses caused by vulnerabilities in your game, whether or not an audit flagged them
  • indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10

Roblox

Luaudit is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related marks belong to their owners. Signing in with Roblox is also covered by Roblox's own terms.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Luaudit changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect if your account has an email address. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

12

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
